Welcome to the Rustic Table Woolgoolga. We love modern Mediterranean cuisine and would love to share our passion for food with you. We take traditional methods, break them and infuse them back together with a rustic twist. We take pride in or unique style of Mediterranean fusion cuisine from Greek, Italian, Moroccan, Spanish & Lebanese just to name a few. Joe and his kitchen team aim to use as much fresh local produce as possible including Joes signiture dish "GOAT" from Dorrigos booma boer goat stud along with Pillar valley beef, Gwider Grove olives and olive oil and local baked organic sour dough just to name a few. We only use local free range eggs from Randells at Wells Crossing and as much locally sourced fruit and veg as possible. Our coffee is sourced local from Holy Goat Coffee and we only use Norco milk, get the picture we love our locals.
