What your business must provide at no cost to Grasshopper Travel during production:

Your business must provide access to all areas to be filmed with a manager or supervisor onsite and available during filming times for assistance. Production time is generally 2 to 3 hours onsite. A member from our media department will contact you to schedule a production date that suits both parties.

International Cast Presentations (optional)

If you wish to have video presentations of your business, you must provide a complete business experience of your product or service for the cast at no cost to Grasshopper Travel. Our cast will consit of 1 x videographer and 1 x Group Coordinator plus up to 9 international cast for business presentations.

If you are an accommodation,  we would require 1 to 2 nights shared accommodation for the group. 

If you are an activity or tour operator,  the cast will need to experience the full product or service being filmed as advertised by your business for the actual product being filmed. 

If you are a restaurant or cafe, the cast and crew must be provided with one main course each. A variety of main course meals is prefered for production purposes. Entres and deserts may also be provided at your discretion. 

If you are a club, pub or bar,  you must provide beverages and nibblies (if available) for the cast during the filming period that will generally take up to 2 hours onsite. For very busy venues such as nightclubs, security personell must also be available at call for relocating the cameraman and equipment around your site.

You must provide relevant film permits if applicable (eg: National Parks) at your own expense.
